WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT WORKING AT SUPERTEST
As a Manager or Sales associate, you will be required to work a flexible schedule, including weekend.
Employees are required to work their regular scheduled shifts. Since many SuperTest store are open 24 hours a day, these shifts may include holidays.
The job can be physically demanding. Shifts may require you to be on your feet for long periods of time and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Punctuality is a must since Team Members rely on you to have the store ready for peak sales periods. All employees are expected to be to work on time.
Supertest customer service and operating standards are extremely high. Maintaining stores to our standards means doing repetitive and routine task, including some that you may not like, including: sweeping, working in the coolers, moping floors, emptying trash, cleaning the restrooms, ect. All employees are required to complete task in their scheduled hours.
